With the heat of hot sauce and the creaminess of mayo, the Adirondack Red Wing Burger II is a spicy and tasty burger. People who like their burgers with a little kick will love this. Place some fresh vegetables and a cheese slice on top to make it a complete meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onions. Pickles. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the ground beef in a bowl. Mix it well, then shape it into 4 burger patties. Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. To get the burger patties to the doneness you like, cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Add the hot sauce and mayonnaise to a small bowl and mix them together to make the spicy mayo. Almost done with the burgers Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each one and let it melt. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely browned. Put some spicy mayo on the bottom half of each bun. On top of the mayo, put a lettuce leaf. Then, put a burger patty with melted cheese on top of that. Pickles, red onions, and tomato slices should be put on top of the burger. Add the top half of the bun to finish. Feel free to enjoy your Adirondack Red Wing Burger II hot with your favorite sides.
