Indulge in the rich, smoky flavors of brisket with this mouthwatering brisket burger. Perfectly seasoned and topped with classic burger fixings, it's a treat for your taste buds.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground brisket. 1/2 lb ground chuck. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 slices of red onion. 4 pickle slices. 4 tbsp mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp mustard.
Instructions: Put the ground brisket and ground chuck in a bowl and mix them together. Add salt and black pepper to the meat, and then mix it slowly. Make 4 burger patties out of the meat mixture that are all the same size. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. For medium-rare, cook the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. You can change the cooking time to get the level of doneness you like. Cover each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and cook for one more minute. This will give the cheese time to melt. Warm the burger buns up on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely browned while the burgers are cooking. Put your burgers together by putting mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun and then ketchup and mustard on top of that. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then the cooked patty with cheese on top of that. Put a tomato slice, a red onion slice, and a pickle slice on top. Last, put the other half of the bun on top. Enjoy your tasty brisket burgers while they're still hot.
