A juicy patty filled with a creamy jalapeo and cream cheese mixture makes up the Hot Stuffed Mama Burger. It's spicy and tasty. This burger is great for people who like their food a little spicy because it comes with spicy mayo on top.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices pepper jack cheese. 1/2 cup diced jalapeos. 1/4 cup cream cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce, tomato, and onions for topping.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and diced jalapeos until well combined. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season the patties with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place a spoonful of the jalapeo cream cheese mixture in the center of two patties. Place the remaining two patties on top of the stuffed patties and seal the edges, forming two stuffed burgers. Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and a bit of diced jalapeos for a spicy mayo sauce. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and onions on the bottom bun, followed by a stuffed burger patty, and then the top bun with spicy mayo. Serve hot and enjoy your Hot Stuffed Mama Burger!
