From Kurt Jansson, "I started making this when I bought my son a vintage Castle Greyskull and realized how small it was. I wanted him to have a bigger play area for his figures. I had already purchased some #HotWireFoamFactory tools, drew up plans and began. I used 2” insulation foam, the Hot Knife, the Sculpting Tool, sandpaper (various grits) and toothpicks and wooden skewers to keep everything in place. I’m finishing the castle in a DIY hard/rubbery shell. I’ll also airbrush the details and seal it when finished. It’s been challenging, but fun and I’m shooting to have it finished before summer is over (or at least before my son goes off to college!)." .
