Since you didn’t specify what sort of HC, I went with something general. I hope you enjoy!

Kagome barely knows or understands the game, and is only too happy with that

Tea doesn’t care about that, she’s enjoying having another girl to hang out with

Joey insists on teaching Kagome, so she can appreciate his awesome gaming skills

Yugi also doesn’t mind, as he enjoys talking about other things, but also doesn’t mind sharing what he knows should she ask

Seto is very Seto about it, often poking fun at her ignorance

Kagome is one of the few people to point out other aspects about everyone

After complimenting Tea on her fashion sense, Tea drags her to go shopping to practice said fashion sense on Kagome

Joey blusters when Kagome compliments him on his loyalty and hardworking ethics to help his sister

Yugi gets shocked at the compliments outside the game and becomes happy and shy

Seto only gets smug and condescending, often poking Kagome into arguments with him

Meeting Atem for the first time was interesting to say the least

Kagome literally poked him, asking about the sudden growth spurt, she continues to do so whenever Atem takes over

She’s wary about the puzzel piece, due to her past with Kanna’s mirror

Atem was wary about telling her the truth, but found it pointless when she told him she was a priestess and not to bother lying

She’s still confused at how the others never seem to notice the differences ‘There’s actual physical changes!’

Souta insisted Kagome introduce him to her newest friends, especially the King of Games

Kagome often has to reel him back whenever Yugi is present, much to the embarrassment of both boys

Joey often comments that at least one of them has sense, he also doesn’t mind someone that listens to his strategic ‘battle plans’

Seto continues to poke fun at Kagome, stating that Souta, a mere child, knows more about the game, but watches sharply when Mokuba plays with Souta

Eri, Yuka, Ayumi are always happy when Kagome’s new friends show up out of the blue, much to Kagome’s embarrassment

They often argue which one is the best one to be her boyfriend, loudly, ignoring Houjo’s quiet complaints

Tea was easily welcomed into their fold, and was told of Kagome’s past love lives; Inuyasha, Kouga, Houjo, basically every potential male Kagome ever mentioned

They agree the Seto is a jerk, to which he argues that he is perfect boyfriend material, while questioning Kagome

Joey immediately jumps forward that he would be the perfect boyfriend, only for Kagome’s friends to question everything about him

BONUS

When Kagome finally play the game for the first time, she shocked them in how well she did

Against Joey that is, much to his embarrassment

Yugi beats her whenever the others insist they have matches

Seto played against her once, and obliterated her within 5 moves

After asking, Kagome stated she was just good at battle plans, to which Seto disagrees

Satoko’s Role in Higurashi Gou (SPOILERS)

Okay, so setting aside whether Satoko is the mastermind or not in Gou, I just find it a little peculiar that she was the one the camera focused on when Akasaka set the flat on fire. And even in episode 14, Satoko had an odd look when Ooishi was mowing people down in his madness. Given how in these arcs there is no physical indication that she is being abused, all of it is very, very suspicious.
