All that remains of a Dartmoor village lost to the plague in the 1300's
Hundatora Medieval Village (13th century). Dartmoor, Devon, England
we had a lovely but muddy woodland walk after work with seasonal spiced drinks and coats and boots, then went to Hound Tor (think Hound of the Baskervilles) to watch bats as the sun went down!
I love that I live in a day and age where I can virtually GO to Dartmoor and virtually STAND ON the Hound Tor where Sherlock did and “walk around” the area for research for this fanfic. Like, that is some space aged bullshit right there.
