Hourly Comics Day 2017 SUCKAAAA! BOOM

Hourly Comics from February 1st.  Typically the convention is to draw far simpler comics each hour on the hour and post them either at the end of the day or as you draw them. I went a different way

My hope is to use this modified convention to break in to comics journalism. If you have an event you want covered this way, please contact me.

Also I’m happy to say that since the events of this comic took place the flight ban that I was protesting has been repealed. I guess they herd us.

I did Hourly Comic day this year for the first time! It was crazy how quickly the day went (and how un-boring I thought my life would be) when recording every hour of the day. 

Thanks for tagging along! Hopefully you learned something about my life- like how much I eat candy and how much I love foreign backpacks.

I love reading Hourly Comic Day strips, even when they’re late! This was fun. Doing comics for Put This On has taught me to draw faster in a way that’s very comfortable for me, so I felt confident I could finish this challenge. Friday was a very busy day, but I knew I could carve out the time. You can look back on my Instagram or my Twitter to see where I posted them throughout the day.

To be honest, I didn’t read many Hourly Comics this year! But I enjoyed Joe Sparrow’s, and Tom Herpich’s.
