Classified in 1981, it later fell into disrepair and faced demolition, before being restored in 2023, with original door and window placements reinstated and the ironwork brought back to life.

Wendy and her dad ‘manly Dan’ start to build dipper a cabin after they learn the twins are *definitely* moving to gravity falls once they’re done with high-school in Cali, and the corduroy’s surprise him with it when they uhaul all their stuff up to the mystery shack for a final time.

(Mabel made it very clear that her, Candy and Grenda are getting an ‘in town’ apartment together, they’ve been planning and spreadsheet making about it for a few years now and isn’t upset or jealous at all I swear)

It technically has no real address other than, “like… 50 yards out from the north side of the bottomless pit dude, you can’t miss it”
