'House-Pet' by Ravyn LaRue

I feel like a house-pet In the sense that I live with my Mum And I'm going to be twenty in the fall It's not that I'm ashamed And complaining makes me feel ungrateful Which I'm not, since I'd have no where else otherwise Since MCTC doesn't have dorms But I miss having my own bed And it'd be nice to have my own decorations And by that I mean a beloveds wall With photos taped with painter's tape Because I still feel like this is High School Just without the beautiful benefits But this is first world problem #194976385672 Because a small cramped cage With one bed shared by three And food that doesn't make me sick Is so much better than a psychopathic roommate So I oughtn't complain But after MCTC I think I want to move out Especially since I'm not even sure I'd be staying in the state Nothing's really known right now

SO there's this guy at my school in my theatre class who's kinda been creepin' on me since the beginning of the year, but my teacher's totally cool with it because that's just theatre. Today, I was reading the script of 'Three Musketeers' as Milady and there's one line where she says to an unconscious D'Artagnan 

"Besides, he's pretty. I may want him as a house-pet."

and I swear, this guy stage-whispers "I'll be your house-pet." in this perfectly creepy/seductive/adoring voice that haunts my nightmares.

My teacher suggested a shock collar.
