Our beginner class is starting up again on Monday! If you’ve ever wanted to try out pole fitness, now is the time! We’ll be taking you through basic walk throughs, simple spins, and transition moves.
This is a great anaerobic workout, that will constantly be engaging your core, as well as multiple other muscle groups, all while you laugh and feel like you’re playing!
Don’t worry if you think you aren’t strong enough, or don’t look fit enough for this. That’s what classes are for! To get you there! By coming to classes, you’ll be doing miles more than those who are just sitting on the couch doing nothing. It’s time to fly!
