Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.
Groucho Marx
Sometimes I think about my level of conflict avoidance and I remember literally making up a whole story about my fake boyfriend instead of just correcting my hairdresser when she asked about my non-existent boyfriend.
Like I made up his name, life story, how we meet, his favorite color, and job. Like I didn’t even hesitate.
Oreo: Tell me the problem. Onyx: If I have 10 pieces of bacon and my friend asks for 2 pieces, how many pieces of bacon do I have? Oreo: Let me see. Oh that’s easy. The answer is 10. Onyx: Are you sure it’s not 8? Oreo: Not if you don’t give your friend any. 🥓
Solutions.
For solutions you need to step away from the problem. You can’t solve a problem without focusing on the solution. See the bigger picture, the framework that contains the problem. Then create a new framework outside of it that contains the solution.
So that the old framework containing the problem can be replaced by the new framework which is the solution in and of itself because it is built up around the solution, not the problem.
Let go of the problem. Choose and intend, affirm that you are ready for the solution. Expect and look for ideas and clues that will help you build the solution.
Imagine the solution in detail. Vividly. Keep imagining the perfect solution in your mind’s eye. Keep building it up until it is absolutly perfect, until you feel ecstatic with the result, until you’re blissed out with that solution, the best solution for you. Don’t share it with anyone, or only with someone who you are sure will confirm, support and celebrate your gusto.
Keep working it out in your head, that which would be perfect, easy, joyful, effortless, beautiful, awesome, elegant, amazing... and be infused with the feeling of the solution, feel and think it into being, in your imagination, which is the most powerful tool we have. As confirmed by Einstein.
Coupled with self love, it is the power that builds galaxies.
Apply this to every aspect of your life.
Enjoy.
A problem can not be solved by tending to the problem. The problem exists because there is resistance - and tending to the problem only makes more resistance, which disallows the resolution or the solution, or the Source, or the Well-being.

Get Comfortable With Being Bored
I know it’s been a while since I wrote an actual blog post, and then as if summoned by that thought, this topic popped up. Today, I wanted to discuss – the power of Boredom! Don’t run away, I promise it won’t be that bad! Boredom, Seriously? I know, how boring a topic, right? But we really need to talk about it. Being born in the 80s, meant I grew up with no internet, social media and no…
