There's nothing more humbling than realising how shy you are when you have to make new friends alone. Somehow it's easier on social media. Now...how do I use this thing?

My dad is the real mvp for checking to see if I picked up my thyroid meds and when I said no he went and got them for me. I think/hope he understands that I'm in a permanent brain fog/ fatigue atm.
