Keeping the length sounds like a good idea. Maybe I'll just ask them to layer it a bit so it's less thick and heavy but still long. I like the bangs I had in that picture too, I think I'm just worried they'll end up cutting them too short and it will look weird. 

Thanks for the input. Haha I always freak out about hair cuts for several weeks before I do it and then one day I'm just like "screw it let's get a hair cut" and I usually end up liking it so...
