Another digital collection just picked up on Amazon, in fact this is the ONLY Harvey Comics collection I could find on Amazon--aside from one that's modern stories, and which I didn't find grabbing me. This one is early-to-mid '60s Casper stories, according to one review, and they seem to be regarded as some of the good stuff, with art by Warren Kremer--creator of Richie Rich--and Howie Post. The digital version is $4.99, 145 pages.
The pages are scans rather than conversions, so the art isn't perfectly clean, but you get to see the original colors and get a sense of the original paper and dot pitch.
