Npd and Hpd pro tips: Take a lot of selfies. Go through and force yourself to pick out the ones you like the best, even if you’re not very happy with them. Take a lot more pics from that angle, with clothes you like, makeup you feel confident in, whatever makes you feel better about yourself. Put cute filters on the photos to look like an insta baddie if you want.
Tell yourself you’re the hottest shit (you are). Keep telling yourself that until you believe it.
