Wanted to make in detail post with my "can they ride a bike" headcanons but I made a tierlist instead (feel free to argue argue against these if you wanna btw, I made this mostly for fun)
HPMA childhood headcanons, wooo! (aka, what I think they were like as kids)
(cw for aba therapy/child abuse, heartbreaking content)
Elliott - In their days as Elodie, so from ages 0-10, they were a pretty quiet kid. They often kept to themselves and never really interacted with their peers, just mostly Alison. However, they became more prone to bouts of intense feelings as they hit puberty (about nine) and Alison's eventual death, and thinking more about what happened in the ABA clinic when they were 2-3.
Ivy - Ivy was a cheerful little girl. She was constantly full of smiles, very friendly, and overall an absolute dog of a girl. She barely has any memories from the ABA clinic because of her Nana *cough cough* so was never really affected by it.
Winnie - She was a very quiet kid, and prone to meltdowns. She didn’t like being around strangers or separated from those attached to her and was pretty fussy when she was a toddler. She also was a late trainer… (/uncomf) thanks to a teacher at the ABA clinic hitting her with a yardstick. F*CK YOU KAREN!!!
Daniel - To put it, Daniel was described as friendly, but not as friendly as Ivy. He constantly looked up to his siblings and was a mamma's boy. However, starting when he was six, (as in, after that fateful day) he was a crier, to put it mildly. He developed separation anxiety, not wanting to be apart from Esme for a long time, and his classmates and teachers found more excuses to bully him until he got expelled for lashing out.
Lottie - Sort-of a mix of Elliott's, Daniel's and Winnie's. She was quiet, kept to herself, was a daddy's girl, and a crier. Once she gets ahold of a crayon, she will scribble with it until one of her parents pick her up to do something (e.g, change her, clean her, etc.)
Robyn - She was a wild baby, to put it mildly. Even though she was born clubfooted, (which was shortly fixed) nothing could stop this ball of energy except for her mamma. Aside from that, she was also very affectionate. Heck, the first time she met Kevin, she kissed him! (they were too young to remember tho)
Kevin - He was very timid, very cautious, and a total mamma's boy. He'd get upset when his parents were away for longer than he expected, and did NOT like loud noises. He’d enjoyed reading tho ^^
Cassandra - Words can't even describe how much of an absolute nightmare she was. She threw tantrums, bullied classmates, but she was rich to make up for it /hj. She was a bit like Lilli when she was younger.
I posted this earlier on Twitter and my Discord thread, but I wanted to share it here as well (so for those who read them before, these are copy pasted for the most part)
There's not a lot we don't know about Lottie and her family lore, even Y2 leaving a lot things unexplained. Because of that, I wanna share not only just my headcanons about her family, but also my own expansion of it's lore. I may rewrite it at some point, given I started to develop it rather recently, but here's the current version:
• Turner family was a dynasty of painters who portrayed British aristocratic pure blood families, akin to how painters would paint royal families basically and were very valued for their skill to capture the essence of them to keep them sorta immortal in form of a painting (the whole butterfly symbolism and such)
• The magical brush is a family heirloom that was crafted by one of their most famous ancestors, designed specifically to accommodate each painter's style while still keeping that "Turner" feel to it and it was passed through generations on each new descendants' 17th birthday
• One of the ancestors, Ambrose's grandfather (Lottie's great grandfather), however, fell in love with a muggle woman (or muggle born witch, it's still up for me to decide), which put the Turner family to shame, disconnecting them from their status as pure blood family's esteemed painters.
•After that, the Turners started to wander around the world, seeking new things to paint and make a living of.
• Despite losing their high status, the heirloom was still viewed as valuable item and was still passed down to descendants, Ambrose also receiving the brush on his 17th birthday
Ok now as for the present day Turner family headcanons:
• Ambrose Turner was in Ravenclaw house back at Hogwarts. If Lottie's mom was at Hogwarts instead of Castelobruxo, she'd either be Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff
• Ambrose is a travelling artist, who visited many countries in search of inspiration. He mostly paints landscapes, but he would sometimes draw portraits of people passing down on the streets or more urban scenery
• Lottie's mom is originally from Peru and is of African and Indigenous American descent. Studied in Brazil in Castelobruxo. Knows both Portuguese and Spanish.
• Lottie's mom is a dancer and singer! Ambrose met her on the streets of Brazil during one of her performances and was enamored by it. She became his muse.
• The two started talking after Ambrose approached her after attending another performance of hers. They immediately hit it off.
• Unfortunately, Ambrose had to return to Britain at some point, but his beloved decided to go with him. The two later got engaged and married in Britain and continued travelling together, later with their daughter Lottie (who was born about a year ot two into their marriage)
• Lottie is their only child but she has cousins on her mother's side of the family who still live in Brazil/Peru
• Lottie knows a bit of Spanish and Portuguese because of her mother. She understands it and can read it but she still struggles with talking on it
• Lottie also inherited her mother's abilities in singing and dancing
• Lottie's mom usually wears her hair in long dreads. She usually does Lottie's hair bc they have similar hair texture, although hers in curlier than Lottie's.
• Ambrose himself particularly feels a little distant from his ancestor's history of association with pure blood families but does keep the family tradition of passing the brush heirloom, like his father and grandfather did
• Both parents are pretty well off because of their respective families but prefer to live a humble life
• They live on a countryside in a little cottage, the inside of the house decorated with Ambrose's paintings, the ones he painted with Lottie and of his wife (the ones he painted for himself and his family,that is). The painting he didn't sell are usually kept in a separate room.
• Ambrose keeps Lottie's childhood drawings in an album and loves looking through it, keeping memories of his daughter's drawing journey.
• Ambrose suddenly disappeared when Lottie was around 10 years old and it affected both her and her mother greatly
• Lottie's mom refused to believe Ambrose would just leave them like that and was looking for him until she was informed of his death by Lottie
• Despite not having a body, Lottie's mom held a funeral for Ambrose in his honor
Ngl I kinda headcanon that Daniel has a tendency to skip meals when he's brewing more elaborate potions (which he does pretty often),which his friends, of course, don't really like. I think Ivy would bring him chocolate frogs or other stuff, so he wouldn't starve completely (he would actually appreciate it). And Robyn would probably try to drag him away from his concoctions, only for Daniel to display the true power of his stubbornness and refuse to move.

Gonna answer just for the babies for now bc there's already a lot of them, maybe will do adults at some point 🙇♀️
Tbf if we were to speak canonically (closer to canon, that is) I'm not sure whenever or not anyone outside MC or Daniel know any muggles musicians or bands, so I'd say a good majority of them only know wizard artists. There isn't much info on the majority of wizarding world musicians on the wiki, so I can't really assign most of the kiddos which would be their fav wizard singers/bands lol.
As much as I love joking about Daniel listening to My Chemical Romance, I'm actually not really sure whenever or not he'd actually listen to them unironically. I do think he'd enjoy classic rock tho, stuff like Queen, Rolling Stones, Radiohead, Pink Floyd. It's mostly based on my headcanon of Reggie being a failed wannabe rock band kiddo that influenced Daniel's music taste (and tought him to play guitar) and the fact Daniel just kinda had that "70s British rock bands enjoyer" vibe about him. As for wizarding world musicians, Weird Sisters enjoyer, definitely.
Ivy, judging by the fact she doesn't know what petrol is, probably doesn't know much about muggle culture despite having a muggle dad and I assume the same could be said for Winnie. I do imagine their grandmother would enjoy Celestina Warbeck so the girls would naturally know of her. However,if speaking of muggle artists, I do headcanon that Ivy would be a swiftie (did ever since game came out on global actually pfff) and like other pop artists, like Katy Parry,for example. Winnie strikes me as Adele girlie, maybe also Marina.
Cassandra is difficult bc on one hand, I can see her as a classical music (maybe even opera) girlie who probably wouldn't like modern music (probably enjoys baroque classical music and I also can see her liking Debussy), but on the other hand, I think she'd probably secretly enjoy some pop artists, like Whitney Houston.
Lottie probably listens to a lot of music, both muggle and wizarding. She's travelled a lot so I can see her being pretty knowledge on traditional music of countries/places she's visited and enjoy folk music. She's a "listens to everything" kinda gal but if I had to pick a muggle favourite hmmm...she feels like Amy Winehouse girlie ngl. Maybe also Gorillaz and Blur.
Robyn probably doesn't know much muggle music, but I can see her enjoying "gym music", something energetic, like electronic and rock stuff, perhaps maybe even metal. Definitely strikes me as someone who'd be the fan of Weird Sisters and out of muggle music... I'd say Muse. Probably would like Skrillex, maybe Eminem. And Epic Rap Battles of History.
Kevin feels like someone who, while pure blood, knows some muggle musicians. I'd say he'd enjoy The Beatles and The Hollies. I can also see him enjoying going to Weird Sisters concerts with Robyn.
The rest actually kinda unsure. Fischer is kinda hard for me to pinpoint (I can kinda see him leaning to enjoy "cooler" music and finding most pop sappy but I can't really say which genre of artists would be his fav), same for Wenshi. I definitely can see Colby secretly enjoying Elton John though, maybe Oasis too. And I think Abigail would love punk music ngl.
A lil silly DanCass idea number 1, I imagine that Cassandra kinda gives her plants some posh old money names like Clemente, Montgomery, Evangeline, Lycidas, etc. and when she starts getting closer with Daniel (on more friendlier terms that is) she would introduce him to all of her plants and make him remember them all by names.
And Daniel one day would ask her to let him name at least one plant and he'd call it something like Steve, Kyle or Josh (or Megatron 300 Destroyer of Universes and Galaxies.) She never let him name her plants ever again.
