I've been meaning to submit this on the actual dancestor day but work kept getting in the way.

Despite Cronus reputation and such I want to believe Cronus does have a humankin complex. I had a headcanons that he truly does feel more human than troll. Even he wasn't sure himself about it. But the more I thought about it something else popped in my mind. What if he's trying to be human Not because that's how he feels like in the inside what if he is trying to be human because he's trying to escape from his old self.

After researching bard class there biggest responsibility is determining whether their team win or lose in the game. And having hope is one of the most powerful aspect you could get in the game. If his story is true and failing his duty might've secretly eat him up even after death. So the moment they meet the humans and he try to adapt a new identity. Sure he comes off too forward, too much, too jaded then fine. Not getting the quite right response out of people is fine as long he is not like his old self or anyone reminded of his old self. Is a theory in progress that I'm working on but doing this kind of open a new window for me. So sorry for the late work and if you have any more inputs or information I could use or break my theory I'm glad to hear it.
