mexico and panama have always been an ambitious match. months tick down to weeks, and to days, and mexico bustles with anticipation at the prospect of the new heir and their ideal princess. in front of the cameras, their prince is all smiles and touches, all lingering gazes and light laughter against the flash and the gold.

when arthur kisses marisol’s temple, steel moves across the sea, from the earth’s end to the other; when arthur brushes his lips against her knuckles, money passes through the upper echelons to fuel the dreams to connect, to understand, to build something new. when marisol traces the line of arthur’s jaw, it’s with love.

for once, there is no blacklist. there is no list of people to turn away at the doors of the church. mexico sees itself as neutral, more so than most, and it would not do to make bigger enemies of the people he’s hated – especially not since his soon-to-be-spouse has been playing nice with everyone else on his behalf.

the public eats it up: they clean the streets as the days tick down. mexico city is the cleanest it’s been, and everyone’s on their best behaviour. for 24 hours, analysts predict that crime will be at an all time low. the streets are lined with flowers and colour; with music and gossip.

the guests are expected to arrive to the welcome party on thursday. the welcome party will be held at the embassy of panama in mexico city. the following evening, the guests will enjoy a celebratory dinner at the . the ceremony will happen the following day at midday and afterwards the party will move to the palace where the reception will take place ! the guests should expect a lot of good food, music and dancing !

           ale   grew   up   inside   the   walls   of   his   family’s   palace   in   turin   ,      &      as   he   grew   older   ,   his   room   was   slowly   transformed   into   his   own   personal   living   space   ,      &      this   is   what   it   looks   like   presently   .   needless   to   say   ,   this   room   has   seen   a   lot   of   changes   since   ale   claimed   it   .   it   first   had   the   original   decorations   that   fit   with   the   aesthetics   of   the   palace   more   ,   before   young   ale   wanted   a   room   revolving   around   planes   ,   to   older   ale   wanting   a   more   modernized   room   despite   the   theme   of   the   palace   that   it   belongs   to   .   now   ,   walking   into   ale’s   bedroom   is   like   walking   into   a   different   place   all   together   .   but   ,   like   all   of   his   residences   ,   his   room   is   full   of   light   colours     &      modern   architecture   along   with   little   details   that   are   significant   to   ale   .
