i bought the regular vinyl and only received it last week. on top of that, i received it without the booklet on the inside, so now i have to return it and wait for another one. i ended up cancelling that order and getting my money back to order the vinyl off amazon prime. came in 2 days. it's so frustrating!

I ordered mine to Ireland where Royal Mail takes 3 working days :(     

Anon 2: I live in the US and I got the album I preordered a week after the supposed delivery date.           

US anon again….I know others in the US got theirs, late, but they got it. So strange you haven’t got yours! (I’m know youre not in the US). Mine was sent via DHL.  

I know quite a few Americans haven’t got theirs either. At least yours were sent by tracked shipping (eg DHL). With ours, there’s no tracking at all. The delivery has just….disappeared!

Thanks, me too! But I figure it’s gone. Mail from the UK to Ireland takes 3 days, not 3 weeks :(

Anon 4: I’ve had experiences with sandbag before… it’s like they’re really good at taking jobs but fail each time in delivery (literally). I’m not surprised at their service at all when I first saw that it’s them that’s running the shop but I hoped for the best when I ordered. sighhhh             

Yes, the ordering service was excellent, and their customer service was excellent leading up to delivery. But since then…terrible!!

Anon 5: Sandbag Ltd has been sending out artists merchandise for a long time. Their website says their client list ranges from Dolly Parton to The xx. They’ve always been a hot mess according to this: (herefortheharry,tumblr,com/post/161112841261/i-hope-harry-uses-a-different-company-next-time-to). Sandbag has no special interest in Harry and don’t really care if people illegally download Harry’s album. How can a company this bad stay in business and why did Harry’s team use them?             

Yeah, I checked them out ages ago and they’re a specialist company. I haven’t read that post yet but even going by a small Tumblr sample it’s clear that there’s a huge number of undelivered orders. I know they’ve no special interest in whether people illegally download H’s album, but Harry’s people do at hstyles.co.uk, so……>>

Ok so I got my newsletter email, but there is still nothing in there to click to create an account. So I still wouldn't be able to log into an account on his site because there is nowhere to create an account???? So confused.

I'm surprised nothing of a uproar has happened at how horrible shipping Harry's website has like????? No one has gotten what they paid for??

Personally I am ENRAGED but I don’t have a good sense of how widespread the problem is. A few people have told me they haven’t received their packages. I spent almost 75 euros in Harry’s online store and have received nothing, almost 3 weeks after it was supposedly shipped.

I finally got an email back from Customer Service at Sandbag last week. They said that they only ship by Royal Mail (in answer to me asking why they don’t have a tracked shipping option for orders as expensive as this), and “unfortunately some deliveries get delayed”. They asked me to wait another week and if it still hasn’t arrived then they will sort out a replacement or refund for me.

I had emailed them before and suggested they pass on the message to hstyles.co.uk that if they don’t want people to illegally download Harry’s album, they should ensure that fans who pre-ordered & prepaid for the album get it on release day as promised, or at least within a couple of days. Not three weeks later.

It’s a complete shambles. I’m so annoyed :(

So I preordered Harry’s album from his website (the CD, the book, the vinyl...everything ....just take my cash Harry - what use have I got for it here, swimming around in a pool of my own tears...?)

Anyway, they said that the vinyl will include a code to download the album on iTunes. Which is fine. But what if my album package does not arrive on the day...??? It’s a Friday. If it doesn’t arrive that day it won’t arrive before Monday. I obviously cannot survive that long without it. I’ll end up buying the album again on iTunes. Like....there’s a limit to my funds. Already I’m gonna be buying Sweet Creature when I get home today.

Anyone got any ideas as to how this works?
