A bit of background on my girl Penelope.

She recently took out a $25,000 loan to buy (most likely) the worst house in Willow Creek.

Why you might ask? Well first, let me introduce Parker Lovelace (left), Penelope's older sister. Parker ran away from home as a teen and her goal is to have as much free time as possible and not become a corporate slave. Penelope on the other hand, favorite daughter, smart, funny, pretty (all of the "good" traits). Extremely good relationship with her older sister.

Plot twist for Parker, she finds out she's pregnant at the ripe age of ~22. Who's the father? None other than Don Lothario, yes, that Don Lothario.

And Penelope, being the amazing sister she is, says hey, let me move in with you and help you take care of my niece. So, she moves into a 32-tile micro home that barely has enough room for Parker, let alone a new baby, and Penelope on top of this.

But, all is fine and dandy, until of course Sage (Parker's daughter) ages into an infant and Parker needs more room. Hence, Penelope takes out a $25,000 loan and decides to buy a run-down home in Willow Creek (pictured above).

Hot Tea Legacy Founders' Bedroom

So in love with this bedroom!! Don't ask me if I started a new legacy... of course I did, I might be trying out the "Hot Tea Legacy". My sim started out in a super run down house and so far this is her upgraded bedroom!! It's the only room I've gotten to so far.

Here's my heir... yeah yeah I know she looks familiar. I'm using Penelope Lovelace, the sister of my Whimsy Legacy founder (Parker Lovelace).

Oh and who's that you might be asking... no one important, just Parker's ex-fiance.

With that being said, the tea is PIPING hot in this legacy and I'm having a really good time, unfortunately haven't taken many screenshots thus far, but meh. Next
