Huajuan (花卷) or Chinese Flower Rolls with Scallions 

I’ve been saying I wanted to try to make these for a while and... I finally did!  :D

They were surprisingly easy to do, and they tasted AMAZING.  The only thing that I couldn’t get quite right was the dipping sauce, so I ended up cheating and using the leftover dipping sauce from the last time I ordered scallion pancakes from the Chinese takeout restaurant.  XD  Mine got close, but it wasn’t quite right.  OH WELL.  I’LL KEEP WORKING ON IT.  Because I am DEFINITELY going to be making these again.  ^_^

/I really cannot choose between this and the one earlier, so I'll just post both lol/ I still don't know how to distinguish who is #HuaJuan and who is #XiaoLongBao 😂😂😂. Like in here, they look so alike 😂😂😂. Maybe XiaoLongBao has this 'Y'-shape on the forehead? Orz.
