Hudson Beach on Florida’s Gulf Coast

Living in western Pasco county Florida we have some wonderful waterfront places to live and visit. Hudson Beach Florida is a community of waterfront homes located on the Gulf of Mexico where you can find some of the most affordable waterfront living in the state. Helping people to sell or buy a home on the Hudson waterfront has been a great experience for me throughout my career as a local real estate agent.  Hudson Beach, Signal Cove, Leisure Beach & Sea Pines are a few of the waterfront neighborhoods in Hudson Florida. Hudson is just north of Port Richey Florida and offers a number of restaurants for you to enjoy as well as an abundance of shopping locations. Waterfront dining is definitely part of the Florida Lifestyle and you can enjoy a wonderful meal at the Inn on The Gulf or Sam's Beach Bar at Hudson Beach and the Hudson Beach Ice Cream Shop is a definite must for a cool treat. Living the Florida Lifestyle may mean you want to get on the Gulf in your own boat.  The Hudson Beach park has a free boat launch for those who do not live in a canal. Homeowners not on a canal in western Pasco county who own boats are required to store them behind the house line on their property. Pasco county code does not allow boats or campers to be stored in driveways. Waterfront homes in Hudson Beach, Signal Cove or Sea Pines can be in the open gulf water in about 10-20 minutes depending on their location. You can also find stilted homes where you will have a lower flood insurance rates but if you prefer a ranch style block home, those are available as well.   Hudson Crab & Shrimp Festival 2018 The Hudson Beach area also offers a convenient location to the Sun West Park and Beach to the north. This large beach and park is a favorite spot for local beachgoers and the park hosts a number of family friendly events throughout the year. One of these events recently was the Hudson Crab & Shrimp Festival where we had a number venders serving delicious seafood while other venders were selling items like DoTerra Essential Oils, Local Raw Honey, Clothing, Sunglasses and more.  The Hudson area is always alive with activities for you to enjoy.   Living on Florida's west coast we have unparalleled sunsets. The beach area is filled with people in their beach chairs or sitting under one of the covered gazebos watching the sunset which always ends in full applause by everyone.  Hudson Beach and the surrounding waterfront communities have a wonderful being of friendship and community involvement. When you visit western Pasco county Florida you must make Hudson Beach one of your stops. You will not be disappointed.
