decided to go for a run at 5am after not sleeping the entire night because i wanted to beat the heatwave and holy fuck do i ever regret it

The thing about the fire bucket in The Magical Turnabout is that when Apollo and Athena find it, there's a layer of dust in it. You use this to prove it wasn't filled as proof that Bonny and Betty knew the fire trick wasn't going to happen. But the thin layer of dust doesn't mean just that the bucket wasn't filled that day, it means that it hasn't been filled in some time. Which means either that they never ran through the fire trick, or they committed a blatant OSHA violation when they did.
