Do Wukong and Huiyin have children in NR?
So, they sort of do. They've fostered children before. And Huiyin's doors were always open to those who needed a home, and therefore, Wukong's were too.
He's very indulgent when it comes to his wife (or he was) :(
How did they get married?
I'm imagining a small, private ceremony, attended by a few close friends (out of the prying eyes of the De Clan). As Wukong worked for them as an assassin in the past he doesn't want to give them any kind of leverage over him.
On that note I think Huiyin is aware of what he does. But she's known him a long, long time and (in her eyes) he's also trying to make up for it. (Like, him trying to help Yunxiang behind Ao Guang's back).

Donc, ils le font en quelque sorte. Ils ont déjà accueilli des enfants. Et les portes de Huiyin étaient toujours ouvertes à ceux qui avaient besoin d'une maison, et donc celles de Wukong l'étaient aussi.

J'imagine une petite cérémonie privée, à laquelle assisteraient quelques amis proches (à l'abri des regards indiscrets du Clan De). Comme Wukong a travaillé pour eux en tant qu'assassin dans le passé, il ne veut pas leur donner une quelconque influence sur lui.
Sur cette note, je pense que Huiyin est conscient de ce qu'il fait. Mais elle le connaît depuis très, très longtemps et (à ses yeux) il essaie aussi de se rattraper. (Comme, lui essayant d'aider Yunxiang derrière le dos d'Ao Guang).
