“....mmmm.” Katherine practically moans as she takes another huge bite, not having tasted food--real food---not blood....human and delicious food for the first time in over five hundred years. Shoving her face, bite after sloppy and ravenous bite; it took a while for her to notice a pair of eyes watching her, eyes that’d been glued to her this---entire---time.

Like a deer caught in headlights, she stands there paralyzed as she tries to swallow the food down as fast and attractively as she can. 

Now back to her normal sassy self, she turns her head to face the intruder, a perturbed sneer weighing down her features. “Take a picture---it’ll last longer,” she snaps, angry she couldn’t even enjoy this---this simple human pleasure---without some asshole ruining it.

Katherine is the most interesting to watch character on the show and her second go at humanity is guaranteed to be entertaining. Hopefully this look is going to be a more permanent state. I heard she is also going to catch a cold and be a baby about it? 

The Petrova girls always have it so together, even during her darkest times Elena unflinchingly maintained a music-video-straight 'do. The morning after hair was awesome, I'm sure to reblog the hell out of actual 5x01 gifs. These girls need to let their hair down more often. Being so manicured and well-groomed 24/7 makes no sense.
