I really don't understand why it is apparently really hard for some people to flush a toilet? Even if you're "afraid of germs", you can use an extra bit of TP to grab the handle by and throw it in as the bowl drains? I've never known anyone to be happy coming into a dirty toilet, so why would anyone leave it like that? Two seconds to flush, y'all. Come on, now.
