Hey btw, I think we should try to put a stop to the "I hate people" things for the same reason we should stop self deprecating jokes
I know that a lot of us are genuinely less comfortable around other people, I myself am an introvert, and are tired by all the bad people doing bad things. But overall, I love people. I love humanity. We all feel and cry and love and we're all capable of amazing things. And we need to be building a good, positive community where we all love each other and fight for each other because we love each and every stranger. We need community where we buy medicine for our neighbors. Where we have countless friends we trust fo watch our dogs.
And I think it hurts us to make it okay to isolate ourselves and hate.
The way humanity functions is kinda sad because we take one issue and we lump the entire group of people associated with said issue into this widely vague yet specific category and then a stereotype is created based on this inaccurate mass perception and then basically everyone suffers. No labels at all is better than mislabeling. Hype, stereotype, confusion, delusion, chaos, nonsense...
that’s what we create when we divide.
Do you know what we create when we harmonize and come together in love...?
Unity. Human unity.
Community.
Humanity.
You and Me.
🤟
I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our LORD Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.
1 Corinthians 1:10
Divisions Divide -- Christ Unites
So yeah, that’s why I’ve been all about human unity lately. I feel like NOW is the time more than ever that we need to congregate in human unity and create this amazing human tribe of one love and true togetherness and community.
God’s community.
One Race. One Love. One Hope. One Future. One Promise.
