Human Halbrand and Galadriel?

As much as I love Charlie as Sauron, a part of me will forever mourn human Halbrand and his possible character arc.
He becomes the king of the Southland, and in the beginning, he and Galadriel are allies. Then Sauron comes along, and the rings. And he chooses to keep his.
Can you imagine Halbrand's slow descend into darkness? How one single choice can change the course of your life?
Halbrand's quest for revenge as a parallel of Galadriel's one. One path leads to light, one to darkness.
The pain and angst of these two souls intertwined but never meant to touch.
Galadriel: When I was your age- Human Halbrand, mockingly: And when I was your height. Galadriel: Galadriel: Listen here you little shit-
I need there to be more Haladriel with Human Halbrand, because it causes me inordinate hilarity to think of Finrod having to witness (idk how, it's not important) multiple siblings of his getting off with humans and weakly tapping his wee sign that says "if any marriage can be between our kindred and thine, then it shall be for some high purpose of Doom. Brief it will be and hard at the end. Yea, the least cruel fate that could befall would be that death should soon end it" in increasing despair.
Don't forget read "Chants of Sand and Salt" my Halbrand pirate and Galadriel mermaid fic from the Haladriel Exchange! 🏴☠️🧜♀️ You will like it! ♥️

Human!Halbrand where he isn’t the lost King of the Southlands but just a man who has a crush on Galadriel so he just go with whatever she says.
From the ROP fandom, I see frequent comments about how people were in denial about Halbrand being Sauron. I'm curious why.
So...
Were you in denial about Halbrand being Sauron, and if so, why?
I was in denial, because I liked human Halbrand's personality
I was in denial, because a human Halbrand would make a more interesting plot
I was in denial, because Halbrand being Sauron would doom my Haladriel ship
I was in denial, because I hoped Halbrand would be someone else: Witch-King, etc
I was in denial, because I liked Halbrand but dislike Sauron
I was in denial, but for another reason (put in tags)
I was not in denial, but was neutral to Halbrand being Sauron
I was not in denial, and I liked that Halbrand was Sauron
POV: Waking up in the king's bed - Human! Halbrand x F! Reader
Summary: you wake up in your husband, the King of the Southlands bed... And you make sweet love 😎 smut with feelings
Warnings/tags: married couple, sex, fingering, morning sex?, pet names, no plot but many feelings, harsh weather, being cold
