My first sketchdump of human!Raava for @ideklolwat’s Broken Paths au! She’s depicted as more middle age and very motherly lol not just to her avatars but pretty much everyone she’s in good graces with. And yes she joins a pro-bending team with Korra and Wan, they are the “blue deer cats”. And while she doesn’t wear armor as much anymore, I’m still a sucker for warrior Raava concepts. I might even do my own updated take on human Raava for fun, which wouldn’t be too far off from this honestly, just more armor I think.

Here are my own updated takes on a human/humanoid Raava (plus Vaatu just cus). I really am just in love with the warrior Raava/Vaatu concepts, but there’s nothing wrong with a laidback gown for Raava too when she’s not battling Vaatu. 👌👀 She’s gorgeous either way. While neither take a humanoid form in The Journey of Wan, it’s still fun imagining what they’d look like.

So I was perusing the great Internets and saw some drawings of Raava in human form. I absolutely had to have a crack at it. This is the result TBH I don't know why she doesn't have nipples, I just kinda forgot... Adobe Photoshop CS6 3 hours
