With my friends we have this HC about Shelly having cannibalistic impulses (post-twisted) and Looey craving to be devoured as a way of being useful to someone, intimate with someone for once. To feel loved and desired. To feel he deserves to be in their lives. (Friends and partners equally) This dynamic extends to Sprout, whom Shelly influenced to give in into his own cannibalistic impulses as well. I skipped the line for her cause I'm bored, she used to be up higher but the constant runs demanding Shellys 24/7 ruined Shelly for me. We have Squirm now, his trinket and ability seriously can help you speed run floors too. There's time when you ALSO need a Vee or idfk, how about COAL??? They show items.

I don't like playing as sprout cause I personally find healing others kinda hard at times especially with tapes, also every time I say I feel it's dumb to have it where sprout needs 100 tapes to heal others keep saying "He would be op if it wasnt" like brother that depends solely on your god damn teams. With friends and discord runs? Yeah it overpowered a little. In public runs? No the fuck it's not. I have to mentally debate about being a selfish bitch and take all the floor items or figuring out which items to leave for team members to have an equal balance of having enough to heal and ensuring my team members also have items to survive.
