Karkat and Kankri waiting for friends

Alright so this is from a scene i’m eventually going to put into the little random scene collection for ‘I know it’s not much’ (or in its own thing b/c its from a pretty big thing.)

But basically it’s from the time Karkat meets his trio of friends for the first time at 5 yo. Kankri ran away from their current family, taking Karkat with him (of course). They end up sitting in a 24 hr convince store for a few hours while waiting for Kankri’s friends (Mituna, Latula, Kurloz, and Porrim) to come get them.

 I just really wanted to work on something that had a big focus on their surroundings instead of just the characters for once. it’s good practice.
