.:New Job Benefits:.
@human-bluejay
His job at the Neon Ark was somewhat fulfilling, what with all the sweet baked goods and books he could handle, he still needed some more income for his commissioned projects from strangers looking for new ID’s, be it for teens getting into a club they don’t belong in, to a woman escaping an abusive home. So, come forth the new grounds keeping job he had at a park that was no less than a mile away from his home. He was thankful the boss Benson was able to give him a spot in the grounds house for employees.
Within the short period of time of one month, Jeremy had made friends with everyone, becoming especially somewhat close to a certain taller blue haired male. Jeremy and ‘Mordo’ had been assigned as help partners during his time there, each taking on the jobs other’s wouldn’t do. He was told by Rigby that he and Mordo always slacked off, but the only time Jeremy saw this was during designated breaktimes. Unless Mordo was hiding his habits? Though Jeremy couldn’t understand why he would, first chance he got he would’ve gladly joined in a bout of lazy gaming days.
To say he didn’t like Mordo more than a friend would be a full out lie. He hated to admit it, but despite crushing on people somewhat easily, this felt stronger with Mordecai. And that scared him, mainly because no one really knew of his sexuality yet, and he had been told of the blunettes adventures with others, most girls, especially with a certain Margaret, and he felt down trodden by it. He felt if he told him, the other would reject him, so he kept quiet and content with being buddies with him.
It was unusual when Mordo announced he was taking a day off due to not feeling well, quickly hurrying out of the room and almost slamming his bedroom door shut. Jeremy felt bad, that he didn’t get sick but his buddy did. So, naturally he took a minute to warm up a can of soup and filled a glass with orange juice, carefully handling them as he made his way upstairs. He just arrived to the top when he heard loud groaning coming from Mordecai’s room. Brows furrowing in concern, Jeremy walked briskly up to the door, lighting tapping it with his foot before managing to open it with one hand, speaking cheerfully;
“Hey man! You said you weren’t feeling well, so I thought I’d come feed you someth-”
Cue his hitch in breath, the sight before him so shocking he nearly dropped the food, if it weren’t for a desk right next to the door to help him out. He placed the stuff down, his eyes adverting from Mordecai’s red face and exposed member. Jeremy was stuttering now, his heart thrumming so loud as he felt his face and ears heat up.
“I ..... I didn’t think you’d be doing that- wait...You didn’t...Say my name...Did you?”
