What’s your favorite thing to draw?
I have a lot of fun drawing hair! ❤︎ Especially long flowy hair that just goes everywhere :P
What’s your least favorite thing to draw?
Definitely backgrounds. I’ve always struggled at making them look nice and finding a fitting style for them.
How long does an average piece take you to complete?
Really depends on the complexity. Simple drawings like full-coloured bust shots can take me 1-3 hours. If it’s a full-coloured body shot with a complex background, it can take me 6-10 hours.
What are you currently trying to improve on?
I’m always trying to improve anatomy, but lately I’ve also been working on colouring and dramatic lighting.
What is the most difficult thing for you to draw?
Backgrounds still, hahaha
What is the easiest thing for you to draw?
Pfft, probably those three-quarter, left-facing bust shots, hahahh. I’ve never really had much trouble with drawing faces and expressions, ‘cept for maybe getting the face shape right, haha.
What inspires you to not just make art, but to be a better artist?
My ask blogs! I have a lot of fun telling stories and I find that they’re an awesome way to challenge myself to improve my art. ❤︎
