i declared my humanistic studies major a couple months ago and today, after much deliberation, they finally accepted me to the facebook group for the department. i’m quite thrilled to find it’s flooded with a professor’s dog’s pics with routinely comments from the faculty asking ‘WHO's a good boy!?’.
Guys I'm seriously thinking about maybe transferring to MICA to do Humanistic Studies, which is basically like American Studies, after this year? Maybe. I dunno. I just feel like I would like it more than UMBC, but I don't want to leave the rad people I've met at UMBC this past year. Any MICA kids on here have any info they think I should know about the school?
Okay, looks like B-town it is.
Honestly, I do feel rather satisfied :)
