So in addition to my other speculation on Beyond repurposing ideas from Metroid Prime 1.5, I can definitely see this concept of the ‘Humetroid’ returning with the specific design language of a Metroid core bulging out of a torso as an obvious point of connection/weak point. Aberax and Carvex are just the prelude.

Will it be some poor Federation soldiers? Or maybe even Sylux himself! Is it a last-ditch attempt to get revenge on Samus, sacrificing his free will because he would otherwise be killed anyway? Will the Mochtroids turn on him, perhaps after the death of the Metroid they were cloned from and only subservient to Sylux through? Or will Sylux do this fusion without any caveats; Perhaps the free will is only suppressed by the Mochtroid’s choice, but because they obey Sylux through his imprinted Metroid, it’s not a concern for him? Can a Mochtroid fusion be undone, and Sylux revert to normal as he needs?
