VLD Headcanons: Ordering Food Edition!
(Either on earth before the Voltron team forming or while they were in space for the majority of the time.)
Shiro: "Can I get (blank) please?" In a quick, smooth, and well-practiced tone, because this dude has rehearsed his order 20 times because he knows he stutters and stumbles a little if he doesn't.
Lance: "Can I get uhhh... wait what did I want again?" *reads over the menu, over and over again, forgetting what the hell he even wanted and then remembers 5 minutes later.*
Hunk: "Can I please get (blank)?" He asks in his normally polite tone. Although, if he's a regular at a restaurant, the employees would already know what he wants. He's good friends with the employees he regular's at too, even giving them cooking tips like he's the nice version of Gordan Ramsay.
Keith: "Yeah- um, I'd like to get a... um... wait I'm sorry give me a second-" He says as he just rehearsed his order. He learned to rehearse his order all of the time from Shiro but he tends to still mess up.
Pidge: "Hi, I would like to get (blank) and (blank)." With perfect speed, no stuttering or stumbling, a loud enough volume. She doesn't even need to rehearse her order before going up to the counter, she is just naturally good at this task.
Allura: "Hey, um, how much is that in this part of the galaxy? I've heard there's been an economic inflation in this section of the galaxy." She then goes on to decide whether or not she wants to eat here and just try and make something back at the castle.
Coran: "I remember there being more things on the menu here 10,000 years ago, did some things change around here?" Coran pulls the ol' "back in my day" to the teen employee just hoping he actually orders soon.
