My dearest and loveliest Hamifam! I hope your Spring Break is full of incredible wonder. Whether you’re getting drunk on beaches or spending time at home with loved ones or making the most of campus being relatively quiet.

I left a few days early for a little pit stop at my doctor’s office (all is well I promise!) but now you can bet your bottom dollar that I’m back in my jodphurs and vests and on horse back exploring my beautiful home town again. As much as I adore Chicago and all of you, it’s nice to be home with my mom. Plus, I’ve managed to get my hands on the most gorgeous dress for the military charity ball my incredible father has been organising like the absolute King Charming he is. Stay tuned for obnoxious Instagramming of me and the handsome Air Force!

May I suggest taking the time in this week to open up a book and engaging your brains in something outside of your majors? If you’d like a quick, insightful read? I thoroughly recommend Elsewhere by Gabrielle Zavin. Especially if you’re interested in the potential of reincarnation or past lives! I, personally, have been thoroughly inspired to pick up The Passage by Justin Cronin - so if anyone is a secret Vampire lover like myself? Please join me! It can be a cute little Hamilton Book Club!

I sincerely hope all of you have an amazing Spring break full of relaxation. Just stay safe if you’re having a wild one at the same time. I’m not dipping my toes in any oceans or laying on any beaches, unfortunately. So I will be very jealous of all of your stories. But you should be jealous that I’m earning double rate over the next week for flipping burgers. And enjoying how quiet campus is going to be without you crazy animals.

READY FOR SPRING BREAK THO

...mainly because I get to spend it with my best girl.

Also because I look really freakin’ good in a lot less clothes than I have to wear around campus.

AND because your boy got himself a Louis Vuitton suitcase and finally has a reason to use it.  BAM.

After rechecking my suitcase and my backpack, along with counting the amount of tanks and skirts that I have packed. I think I can say that Im successfully ready for LA. Im so excited to be going there for Spring Break, and enjoying the sun after looking at schools. Who knows, I might take a surfing lesson and try new things. Im also planning on getting a few souvenirs. Let’s hope we don’t get lost! What’s everyone’s plans for Spring Break?

I guess I, um, took my spring break a little early. I had to go back to the hospital for a few days but I’m back now and better. So I hope everybody had a nice week and I’ll be in the practice rooms if anybody needs me. I’m working on a few movements from Pictures at an Exhibition which might take up a bit more concentration than I’m used to, but I’m... happy to talk to anyone. I think.

Just got off a phone call and I’m having my first ever piece of work for sale in an art gallery. Although it isn’t a rather huge one, it is still pretty awesome. Hopefully I’m get some good money off of it after all these years of buying endless expensive suplies.

Getting caught up in the middle of a prank between people you don’t even know is not as fun as some would think. Especially when it involves six buckets of water... I got so freaking wet that my orange shirt was basically see-through! I hope I don’t catch a cold now.
