@sirbartonslady As much as I enjoyed Nellie and getting up at all hours of the morning. There is something a bit more magical about Winxs run. Nellie was a sprinter through and through. A fantastic sprinter but a sprinter none the less. Winx can seem to win at any distance at any post. Add that to the fact she now has 18 G1s and been in great health the entire time it’s just something of legend. I loved Nellie. Those 3 years were magical. But damn if Winx isn’t something even just a bit rarer then her. It’s a bit selfish now but I kind of want her to stay until next spring to take aim at Hurricane Flys record.
