[ well, aside from a brother that she adopted, a half brother she doesn’t know about on her father’s side, and a half brother she doesn’t know about yet on her mother’s side, the three brothers she grew up with are all dead. so i may as well cover two birds with one stone~ ]
THE FAMILY GUY - the eldest of her brothers. he was always very charismatic and friendly, getting along with just about anyone. he was always very good with kids so he was a great big brother to his younger brothers and little sister. he ended up becoming a teacher to help other kids with there magic and found a nice women who he was engaged to and excited about starting a family with. he was best at air and water magic, though he had learned to use some other forms of magic as well.
since he spent the most time with Breeze and was so good with kids, he was the brother she loved and remembers the most. he taught her a bit about magic and played with her as often as possible. if his parents weren’t around to watch Breeze, he was the first to volunteer to be her babysitter. his fiancee also got along very well with her. she had been the reason they had talked about starting a family together.
he was the most protective of his family and when the attack on the village happened, he helped get the children to safety and he fought the hardest out of the three to protect them, even eating a flower that should have only gone to the warriors of the village to make their magic greater. he was the last of the brothers to die, though he was fortunate enough to die by his fiancee. he was 24.
THE INTELLECTUAL - the middle brother. he was always rather quiet and most mature out of the three, preferring to learn from books how to use his magic. it took the family a while to figure out what his magic was, considering he didn’t seem to show much in the elemental side aside from a little bit of earth magic. later he started answering questions before they were asked and they found out he was able to easily read energy’s and minds. he was a quick learner and was able to memorize most things on how magic worked and how to bind it to objects. he was also an amazing linguist and would sometimes leave the village with others to act as a translator.
Breeze always found him a little boring to play with, since he wasn’t really one for playing games. but he was the one responsible for helping her become a problem solver. he would give her puzzles to solve and, though they needed to go through their older brother to make sure it wasn’t too hard for their child sister, he would help her solve them, teaching her to keep a level head about thing, even if they were frustrating or seemed impossible. he was also the one that encouraged her to learn different languages, insisting it was a useful skill to have, which she remember when she escaped the facility.
when the village was attacked, he used his control over the mind to turn the enemy against themselves. however, he wasn’t a strong fighter himself and was headed to a safe area. he never made it and ended up being killed near the beginning of the battle. he was 19.
THE WARRIOR - the youngest brother. while he still was not as hot headed as Breeze is, he was the most hot headed of the brothers. he always ended up competing, challenging, or even fighting other kids. water and electricity was the elements he was best at and usually incorporated them into his fighting. he was always the most athletic of the brothers and biggest adrenaline seeker of the family. as he got older, he started training to become a warrior to help defend the village should something happen. he even made it as an apprentice to a swordsman when things went down. he had a crush on a boy that was three years his youth, but never made any advances towards him since they were fairly different, instead remaining friends with him and enjoying his company. his crush was also the only one aside from his family and his master that could pull him away from a fight.
when it came down to him and Breeze, they got along fairly well. he would be the one that would get her into the most trouble but also taught her to be more courageous. the two of them would go into the forest to look for things and sometimes run into more dangerous animals which he would have to protect her from. he was actually the one there to see her fire for the first time. he was also hoping to teach her how to fight, but their older brother wanted him to wait until she was ten for him to teach her. he never got the chance.
when the village was attacked, he was right along side the other warriors and their apprentices. they did an amazing job working together, but it eventually became to much. he kept fighting until he couldn’t anymore. he was 17.
