Take your money from your day job and after your pay your bills and put money into savings, you reinvest it into something else. Create an online business or an intellectual property or invest into stocks. Take that money and reinvest it into real estate then re invest it again into a franchisee. The options are yours, just remember the only way out the rat race is to make your passive income exceed your expenses.
