Cocktail hour is made complete with an overflowing grazing table. Here are some of our favorite “edible installations” from 2019! From 72 hr fermented miche breads, fruits and vegetables of every color of the rainbow, to locally made cheeses, preserves, and hand smoked charcuterie, our tables have only the finest ingredients. We always have four staff, one at each corner. This is to help cut the cheeses, explain what the food is, and most importantly make plates for people who have a cocktail in one hand. We work with each client to help manifest their vision of color, theme, and style. Our storehouse has hundreds of wooden, silver, glass, and stone display items that we use for these tables.
