Some basic tea info! Green teas have to brew at a lower temperature, usually about 80 degrees Celsius for about 4 minutes! Black teas at a higher temperature, 100 degrees for 4-6 minutes depending on preferred strength. White teas at 85 degrees. The temperature is really important because it impacts the flavour of the tea leaves, brewing time too (tea can taste really bitter if you brew too long, though!)
