"Almost as soon as humans captured the sounds of their instruments in the form of electrons, they looked for ways to control and manipulate them. With the invention of smaller, more efficient variable resistance units (commonly known as “pots” or potentiometers) in the late 1920s, volume controls were installed in housings that could be fitted with a foot pedal. With the pressing of a toe, cresting accents could be added while hands were free to play."

High Value Targets remains one of my proudest releases so far tbh, and now that its got an LCP its even better. I got to reach out to some of the best artists in the community, got to talk to other great writers, and it all culminated in some great encounters for anyone to run.

One thing I'm mad proud of is Fodder. They're easy to run, provide a unique threat to the players, but most important above all else, are SO fun to kill. The ability to put down a dozen enemies for your PCs to obliterate with their AOE Howitzers or whirlwind Aux/Aux mounts makes it feel like they're truly tearing through whole armies.

I'd recommend it anyway, but I'm biased.

I'm sad and happy at the same time about the fact that @thekatvond is moving from California and closing down @highvoltagetat. There are so many beautiful memories marked in that amazing tattoo shop and LA felt like home for Kat for many many years. However, I understand, respect and support Kat's decision to move with her family elsewhere where they can feel cozy, loved and at home. And she will be opening up @highvoltagetat over there again! After much thought, we have decided we will permanently be moving to Indiana at the end of this year. We plan on selling our beautiful home here, and I will most likely open a private studio in Indiana once we are done with the house remodel there. This means that, sadly, I will be closing my beloved tattoo shop @highvoltagetat here in West Hollywood on Dec 1. I didn’t think it would make sense to keep it open if I wasn’t present, and aside from coming back to work on music with my band, we don’t plan on returning to LA very often. With that being said, we will be celebrating the HvT legacy this next month and a half by tattooing regularly at the shop, and welcome all of you to come and get tattooed by one of my talented fellow artists in the month of November!
