as far as cindy knew, she had no siblings so seeing the other look exactly like her was unsettling to say the least. "what... is happening?"

"i asked if you were alright." cindy repeated as she looked at the other. "you just seemed a little distracted. now cindy was more convinced there was something wrong with the other having not heard what she was saying.

cindy knew she should’ve gone home by now, but she’d always had a stubbornness about her. she wanted to make sure that people were getting the help they needed. who knows if they’d be able to make it to the hospital with all the chaos carrying on. “does anyone need any help?” she called out as she walked down the sidewalk.

as cindy drove down the road she noticed someone parked on the shoulder so she pulled over to check on them and make sure they were alright. getting out of her car though she quickly recognized the other person. "esther-" she let out an awkward chuckle. "hi, are you alright?"

cindy furrowed her eyebrows at the comment. “i know that’s supposed to be a joke but... are you okay?” she just felt the need to ask. though she could understand the feeling of being both alive and dead when she worked at the hospital.
