.｡.:*☆ Everyone who knew him would agree that Geralt was not exactly... skilled in handling anything that involved emotions. So, for a while, when realizing that Yennefer was living in this place as well, he had kept his distance at first. But of course that had not worked out for long. And while Geralt still had no idea where he was standing with Yen, they were at least talking again.

"I am worried," He now mused, mostly looking at the drink in his hand. "This Halloween had been chaos, and now there is already another holiday waiting around the corner. And call me pessimistic, but I really would not be surprised if something bad is actually going to happen again...." Maybe he should just approach the elephant in the room after Yennefer had invited Geralt to come around, but.... this topic was safe to talk about. For him, at least.

he’d ventured out on an evening stroll to clear his mind. it’d felt like a jumbled , chaotic disaster as of late and mike longed for a sense of normalcy. he walked aimlessly until he decided to settle on a place where he thought he’d be alone for a little while. his hands shoved into the pockets of his hoodie , eyes taking in his surroundings. for a few , blissful moments , he was able to relax. then , it became apparent to him that he wasn’t as alone as he initially believed himself to be. “ oh , ” mike stated , looking the other over. “ i didn’t realize anyone else would be here. am i intruding ? ”
