District Staff in HWS Chapter 551

The pretty boy got me to reread the earlier HWS Gangsta chapters, and it’s true — we are getting new personifications! This is one of the District 39 staff who also showed up in this month’s update. His identity was revealed by Feli as Avellino.

He’s kinda cute here! His only crime is liking pineapple on pizza.

The Finland lookalike on the left is “New Guy,” on the right is another nameless character. I’m calling him “Shades” for now.

Looks like the Italian gang members are named after provinces, meaning there’s a total of 110, assuming the Vargas Bros are still Venice and Naples. Wow!

Three District 81 staff, who were also in Chapter 520. We’ve got old friends in Osaka and Kyoto (now a kitsune), and there’s also a new prefecture. No namedrop but I’m assuming he’s Tokyo.

Kiku’s gang would be much smaller with 48 members. Small, but strong.
