why is loretta called, well, loretta? how did that nickname come about?

I like to think Loretta used to really enjoy Loretta Lynn as a kid and always sang her songs, also it adds to the music homages in bm :D

Hi! I’m a young artist aspiring to one day do commissions and open a shop. Any advice?

(I need to grow an audience first)

I would say for commissions--maybe do a lot of fanart or a lot of personal pieces, since a lot of people find artists through commissions///also with the shop!!making fan created trickets like buttons pins or enamel pins/keychains are very popular especially with genshin/qsmp fanbase, basically pander to the audience you want

How do you do your color/shade? Like, you use a lot of color, how do you pick them? Also, do you use regular or textured brushes(specifically in Krita if you still use it)?

how I shade is not rly something I can explain since it comes out of the noggin--but I use mostly muted colors and on top id shade with brighter more vibrant colors--I mostly used my custom brush pack
