If you’re like me, then you understand what a pain it is to deal with super sensitive skin. Adding to my distress, I was diagnosed with Rosacea; a condition in which my cheeks are covered with bright red dots that are   triggered by red wine, hard liquor, certain foods, wind, heat, exercise, and emotional stressors...Basically everything! Finding the right products and crafting a routine that works has been a challenge for years, but I’ve finally managed to get it right. It’s lengthy, but this works for me. Maybe it can help you get your confidence back as well.
