august: what was the worst thing you’ve ever experienced?

i was in a semi-terrible car accident in september of 2015. i was driving home from school and someone pulled out in front of me and went to turn left, and i ended up t-boning them. it was terrifying and scary and i never want to go through that again. (everyone ended up being physically okay afterwards; it was her fault so she got charged, but i was emotionally damaged afterwards, and still kind of am.)

31st: can i talk to you about jesus christ our lord and savior?

weeeeeeell seeing as you’re atheist and i’m an agnostic, i don’t think there’s much to say, lol. (i’m thinking this is supposed to be a joke about jehovah’s witnesses, who come to your door and ask you a similar question, but i could be wrong!)

As an English student, I have encountered people like DG many times. Some of my friends and family members tend to be quite condescending as well. One time, I even had a headmaster who said (indirectly) the humanities were shit and would lead to no jobs whatsoever. And of course, every degree is difficult. That all depends on the individual, on what YOU find to be easy or hard. Most importantly of all, you should be happy, and if you love working at McD, then that's totally ok! :)

YES Yes YES.I’m in high school and I’m studying economics and management (even if it’s not what I want to study in university, long story) and the amount of shit we get from other schools is unbelievable. Sure, we don’t have to study pages and pages of Latin or Greek literature and we don’t have to spend hours studying math but it doesn’t mean we don’t work hard. We can do things other students don’t even know the existence of and that’s all because we simply study different things. No major is better than the other. You can be amazing with languages and hate math but that doesn’t mean you're less intelligent or hard-working. The important thing is to be happy with your choice.

i love to bake so much, but since i live in a college dorm and our kitchen is shared by the whole floor, i can’t. ☹️ i mean, i could, i just don’t want to burn down the school by accident. 😬

gamboge: Where do you want to travel?

i have an insane batch of wanderlust right now, and honestly i want to go anywhere that’s not the united states. my top 3 places, as of right now, are scotland, france, and new zealand, but i also really want to go to spain, england, portugal, brazil, canada, puerto rico, jamacia, south africa, italy, and so many other places. i really like learning about other places and cultures!!!
