It makes a person quirkless for a period of time. It works from percentages (e.i. 5%- a day, 10% 4 days, 20% 2 weeks, etc etc) but if used at 100% it can leave the person quirkless for life, but it was rarely used for it can leave the user to because quirkless as well or be put into a coma. Takes a lot of energy and time to master. Also he became a hero for the fact that his parents were killed when he was 4 and could do nothing to help them, so with that to strive him he wants to help everyone.
